I completed my Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia and my Ph.D. in Applied Psychology from The University of Calgary in 2001. I was a lecturer in the Psychology Department at St. Francis Xavier University for seven years. My areas of practice include treatment and assistance for depression, anxiety, self-esteem, disordered eating, stress management, workplace issues, career counselling, relationship issues, couples counselling, and sport/performance psychology. My treatment approach is primarily cognitive-behavioural.
